"Johnny, we’ve sent the requested documents multiple times to your wife, plus I called last week and left a detailed voicemail when I didn’t get you or your wife on the phone. I believe there is a breakdown in communication on your side. Rene nor anyone on my team is incompetent and I’m sorry you feel this way. If you need another ID card in addition to the ones emailed, texted, and mailed, please let me know."

"My small business company has been with State Farm for years. Got an email stating our policy will be dropped May 2nd, due to a car accident with one of my workers. State Farm withdrew another payment after said cancelation date, $856 to be exact. Rene With State Farm confirmed they would refund the payment, stated it was already in process, would be back in the account in 5 business days. State farm than came back stating we were missing a month in the last 12 months and they would not be refunding our money. We have always been on Auto draft with state farm so it's highly unlikely we missed a payment. I asked for a 12 month ledger, and days later, 2 phone calls missed, they have still not responded. Having to file a claim with our bank, hoping for better results. I recommend looking eles where for insurance because State Farm is phony and are continuously raising their rates for no apparent reasons. Buyers beware!"

"Go elsewhere. Been with this office for over 3 years. Another State Farm agent saved me over $350 A MONTH!!!! because this office/their agents didn’t give me the discounts (loyalty, etc.) I should’ve received and that’s with $400k more in full coverage limits. Just go elsewhere. My friend also moved away from this office with my new State Farm agent and saved her money as well."
"Hi Yurike, this review is very misleading considering the recent email conversations I've had with you. All State Farm offices use the same system and are not capable of "saving" a customer money from one office to the next. The discount you're referring to was on the appropriate vehicle as that is added automatically by State Farm and not the agent. After speaking with your new agent, some of the information you gave them was quite different than what we just spoke about, so I'm sure that has something to do with the price difference. State Farm will be looking into everything to ensure you are getting the best most accurate price. "

"Very irresponsible and untrustworthy team.. The reason: An unhappy employee from their office canceled my home insurance without any reason and with no proper communication to me, before she leave their team, so I was not aware of it at all. after months , bank contacted me and asked for a really big money for the period that Statefarm / Charlie Pierce office canceled my insurance as bank had to put the lender insurance in place ... when I contact @Charlie Pierce office , they accepted that was their fault and that is it ... basically they dont accept to be involved in the financial impact I revived because of their action. I am raising this to the right authorities and look for justice to make sure from now on, they will treat their customers better..!! I really don't recommend anyone work with @Charlie Pierce at all , but if you decide to work , you need to check them all the time to make sure you will be safe ... #CharliePierceuntrustworthy"

We sympathized with your situation but our office was not 100% at fault for the policy being cancelled. Either way per our phone call I was under the impression that we had everything sorted out for you as my entire team played a part in getting everything rectified. If this is not the case give us a call back so we can get back to work on it, I’m a little surprised by this review. "
